Our client, a well-established residential property firm, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Accounts Administrator to join their growing property management accounts team. This is a full-time, office-based role, perfect for someone with a strong finance background and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
You will play a key role in processing vendor invoices, updating data, managing RTB registrations, reconciling creditors, and assisting with month-end invoicing and reporting. Experience with Qube/MRI, Adest, or Yardi is an advantage but not essential—training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities with discretion and professionalism. A strong team player who can also work on their own initiative is essential for this role.
