Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to take ownership of financial processes while also supporting general office administration. This is a key role ensuring the smooth financial and operational running of the business.
Key Duties –
- - Process purchase invoices and reconcile creditor balances
- - Sage accounts: code invoices accurately to departments and VAT categories
- - Process bank transactions and reconcile accounts
- - Send debtor statements and follow up on outstanding payments
- - Manage RCT submissions on Revenue Online Services (ROS)
- - Maintain accurate and timely financial filing
- - Handle calls, correspondence, training records, wages etc
- - Take meeting minutes and provide general admin support as required
Requirements
- - Minimum 5 years’ accounts experience (construction industry an advantage)
- - Sage Accounts Package experience (essential)
- - Strong MS Office skills & familiarity with accounting procedures
- - Excellent organisational and communication skills
- - Ability to prioritise tasks, self-motivated and trustworthy
- - Must be able to commute/relocate
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From €15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 37.5 per week
