St. Paul's Nursing Home is recruiting an Administrator to join our organisation. This is a dual focused role between administration and reception.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing phone calls, emails, and other forms of written correspondence.
- Office management tasks such as ordering stationary, consumables and equipment
- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- Preparing and sending invoices
- Keep records and reports up to date
- Payroll and rostering
- Managing supplier invoices
- Interacting publicly at reception
Skills and Qualifications
- At least one year experience in a similar role.
- The ability to work under pressure and also show initiative.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong Microsoft package and general PC skills
Work Schedule
Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm
Salary
Salary is commensurate on experience and will be discussed at interview.
