We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Sandyford. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, candidates, and staff—handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the operations and recruitment teams.
- Schedule and confirm shifts, interviews, and appointments.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases with client and staff information.
- Assist with compliance checks, including document collection and verification.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents as required.
- Support day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Deliver excellent customer service by resolving issues and escalating where necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, professional, and proactive attitude with a strong focus on teamwork.
