Food & Beverage Supervisor – The Brasserie on the Corner
The Brasserie on the Corner is a multi-award-winning dining experience, regarded as one of Galway’s most popular restaurants. Specialising in steak and seafood dishes, it’s all about the taste. From farm to fork, market to plate, vineyard to glass, every taste tells a story. The suppliers are local, the menus are seasonal and the wine selection is world-class.
We are now recruiting an F&B Supervisor to join our team here at the Brasserie on the Corner.
The Role
- Develop strategies for improving our customers’ dining experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to deliver the same standard of service.
- Supervision, training and coordination of food and beverage employees.
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
- Training new team members.
- Maintain inventory of all needed supplies.
- Reporting to senior management.
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
The Candidate
- Proven quality experience in a reputable F&B establishment in a similar role.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be a consistently enthusiastic and professional team player with a can-do attitude.
- Organised & positive personality with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage and exceed customer expectations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
