Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of Food and Beverage Outlets and Conferences.
- Train new employees on procedures, customer service standards, and POS systems.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
