About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team.
About you:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the role of Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar role.
- Good knowledge of food and drinks service standard.
- Supervising the F&B operations.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and inspiring your team to deliver the same exceptional standards.
- Developing, training and coaching a reliable team and motivating them to a level of competence, clarifying and delegating direct responsibility of their role throughout each day or week
- Supporting the Food and Beverage Management team to manage stock, team schedules and all other elements affecting the profitability of the business in accordance with business targets and KPIs.
- All Cash handling, card transactions, banking and transaction/sales reporting.
- Ensuring the correct and continual use of all company procedures, systems and documents.
- Maintaining a safe and harmonious working and customer environment and ensure the highest standards of hygiene and health and safety.
- Liaising with the Management team to ensure that service is of the highest standard.
