The Client: Based in Mullingar, Co.Westmeath, our client is a busy and dynamic haulage company. They have immediate requirement for a Administrator to join our client's team. The role will be permanent following probation period.
The Role: The purpose of this role is to provide day-to-day admin support to the finance team.
Duties:
- Supporting senior team with a range of tasks
- Answering the telephone, dealing effectively with queries, and referring to other staff members where necessary
- Undertaking general office administration including, filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, sending mail and general clerical work.
Hours of work: 35 hours per week | Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration role
- Good IT skills with proficiency in the use of Excel
- Accurate, high speed data entry skills and good typing skills
- Strong organisational skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Professional and confident manner to liaise directly with people internally and externally
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €27,500.00-€32,000.00 per year
