Job Title: Administrator
Reports To: General Manager and Managing Director

Overview:
As part of the Evans Educational office team, the Administrator will play a central role in the smooth day-to-day running of the administrative functions of the company. This includes order processing, invoicing, basic bookkeeping, and customer communications. The role will begin with a focus on order entry and invoicing, particularly during our peak Back to School season, and will gradually expand to a shared workload across all office functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and process sales orders using Intact iQ ERP system
- Generate and manage invoices and delivery documentation
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer queries via phone and email
- Support the admin team with daily filing and organisation of customer records
- Assist with maintenance of customer accounts and daily cash sheets
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in managing web orders and sales orders
- Communicate effectively with the warehouse to ensure order fulfillment
- Assist with other general office duties as required
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous administrative or customer service experience in a busy office environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy — especially in data entry and communications
- Strong multitasking ability and calm under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Experience with ERP systems a plus (Intact iQ experience highly valued)
- Organised, focused, and competent — able to take ownership of tasks and see them through
Work Hours
- Preferred: 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (to overlap with existing part-time admin)
- Flexibility available for full-time hours if suitable
- Overtime may be required during peak season (July–September)
