The Role
Due to the growth of GTR, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Full-Time Office/Claims Administrator. The successful candidate will have an opportunity for personal development with additional training on the job. We offer attractive remuneration in a friendly working environment in our HQ office in Santry, Dublin.
The successful candidate must have
- Previous experience in office/administration work is essential
- Excellent IT skills, including Excel & MS Word, and CMS systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Essential Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
- General admin support to the Claims Operations Manager.
- Managing Client Accounts, data integrity via the company's in-house system.
- Assisting the Claims Department with Cross Border and Domestic VAT Claims .i.e. Preparing and submitting claims in line with EU VAT Regulation.
- Follow up with EU VAT Offices in relation to claim queries.
- Liaising with clients in relation to Document Requests / Claim Queries.
- Managing GTR claim portals.
- Working alongside IT programmers maintaining/preparing/monitoring updates of in-house systems and portals
- Monitoring GTR general emails and calls around claim management.
- Working on ad hoc projects.
- Liaise with overseas SSC support team.
Experience in the following tasks would be an advantage but not essential as full training and guidance will be provided.
- Document management
- Domestic VAT Registration - obtaining information / completing documents / forwarding to Tax Offices / uploading data to internal systems
- Management of VAT Data - Directory Files / internal systems
- Management of accounts - tasks / emails / key notes / follow ups
- Management of CMS systems – updates/follow ups

Pay: €27,000.00-€28,000.00 per year
