Job Title: Office Administrator

Salary: €30,000 +
Job Summary:
The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office by supporting daily administrative functions, coordinating office procedures, and providing support to staff and management. This role is essential in maintaining a productive and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, managing correspondence, and filing.
- Maintain and organize office systems, including data management and filing.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records and databases (e.g., employee records, client information).
- Support HR and finance teams with tasks such as timesheet collection, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or Business Administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is an advantage but not essential .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with office software
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes
