Job Summary:
As an Office Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operations of the coworking space, including welcoming guests, managing the workspace environment, handling mail, and assisting in office space coordination. You will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth, clean, and professional working experience for all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the front desk receptionist, warmly greeting visitors and answering basic inquiries
- Ensure cleanliness and order in shared office areas
- Receive, scan, and distribute incoming mail and packages for clients
- Assist clients with office/desk allocations, manage key and access card issuance
- Respond to client requests and coordinate basic issue resolution
- Assist with ordering and replenishment of office supplies
- Work closely with the management team to handle administrative duties
Requirements:
- Prior experience in front desk, administrative, or office support roles preferred
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and customer-service minded
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Word, Excel,PDF)
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills, with a team-oriented mindset
- Good English communication skills preferred, depending on client base
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €27,920.13-€41,859.17 per year
Expected hours: 20 per week
