Production Administrator
Required for a busy dairy.
Full-time position with immediate start.
Shift is 9.00am - 5.00pm
Based in Clonakilty
Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the smooth operation of a production facility by handling administrative tasks.
- Typical duties include data entry, scheduling, record keeping.
- Communicating with different teams (e.g., production, quality, logistics) to facilitate smooth operations.
- Assisting with tracking and managing inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods. Answering phones, managing emails, and providing general administrative support to the production team.
- Covering production supervisors and packaging manager when required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organized records.
- Attention to Detail: Accurate data entry and record keeping are crucial.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with team members and other departments.
- Computer Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel) and potentially other production-related software.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and address minor issues that may arise during the production process.
