Your Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain staff rotas to ensure accurate scheduling of production shifts
- Prepare production-related documents, reports, and correspondence as required
- Perform reception duties, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and managing general enquiries
- Provide support to other departments when required
- Assist with monitoring and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) as directed
- Develop and update spreadsheets to track production, training, and administrative data
- Undertake other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of production and company operations
- Handle confidential information in line with company policies
