Folláin is currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor
This is a full time role, Monday to Thursday, on site in Ballyvourney with no weekend work.
The role involves overseeing the daily operations of a production team, ensuring efficient and timely manufacturing of food products while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Implement the agreed production schedule & work closely with other supervisors and managers to ensure maximum output from all resources while minimizing waste.
Scheduling staff and their hours and implementing strategies to improve production processes and drive efficiencies.
Key responsibilities include meeting agreed production schedule & targets, communicating expectations to all team members, training employees, and troubleshooting production issues.

Pay: €36,000.00-€38,000.00 per year
