Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for campus recruitment events, including job fairs, networking sessions, and industry conferences. Ensure all aspects of event logistics are meticulously planned and executed.
Strategic Event Planning: - Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with recruiters, marketers, and business stakeholders to ensure our merchandise, branding and initiatives effectively reach and resonate with top talent.
- Impact Tracking & Improvement:Gather and interpret data from recruitment events to enhance our strategies. Identify patterns and insights to drive continuous improvement in our recruitment processes.
- Partnership Development:Partner with universities and student organisations identify and participate in key recruitment events. Build strong relationships to enhance our presence and effectiveness at these events.
- Creative Strategy Development:Engage in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative methods for connecting with our target audience. Suggest and implement creative solutions to enhance engagement.
- Event Participation & Ambassadorship:Attend recruitment events across Europe, acting as a company ambassador forging strong connections with potential candidates.
