Job Title: Senior Office Administrator

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Office Administrator to join our growing team based in Slane, Co. Meath, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. This is a key position within our business, supporting operations across planning, logistics, administration, and finance.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and capable of working on their own initiative. You will play a central role in the day-to-day running of the business, with responsibilities spanning engineering workload planning, procurement, scheduling, and office accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily and weekly workloads for engineering teams.
- Schedule and monitor deliveries to sites.
- Manage ordering of materials and products as required.
- Prepare and issue client invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Carry out basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
- Maintain and update records using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Support project documentation and administrative compliance.
- Use WorkPal software for job scheduling and reporting (training will be provided).
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in an office administration or similar role, ideally at a senior level.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Attention to detail
Desirable (but not essential):
- Previous experience in the construction, maintenance, or related sectors.
- Familiarity with WorkPal or other job scheduling/field service software.

Pay: €20,000.00-€25,000.00 per year
