The role is working on your own initiative and being a key player in a dedicated export documentation team, working to ensure the provision of an excellent level of service to both the customer and Kuehne+Nagel.
- The role will ensure that the department operates to “Best in Class” quality standards and in an environment of conscious improvement.
- Follow all Kuehne+Nagel’ s guidelines.
· The role is to comply with company health & safety and GDP Pharma Guidelines
MAIN DUTIES
· Maintain good working practices to ensure that departments run efficiently and with professionalism.
· Ensure that the implemented procedures per country/region for all export destinations are followed.
· Develop processes to support all services supplied to our customer.
· Complete Export Documentation and ensure compliance for all destination countries. In line with ach countries specific rules and regulations.
· Ensure all the documentation is 100% accurate before departure of goods from Ireland.
· Ensure all procedures and processes allow for changes in Export Countries Legislation.
· Liaise with customer and other internal groups to ensure smooth orders hand over to carriers.
· Provide 100% quality customer service to ensure absolute customer satisfaction.
· Respond to all queries in a timely manner with accurate and complete information.
· Preparation of Weekly/Monthly reports.
· Proactive participation and adherence to the company’s QSHE system.
· Managing your performance via Key Performance Indicators as discussed with your manager.
