Looking for a role where your work truly matters? At Tricel, we’re hiring Site Members / Production Assemblers to take on a dynamic, hands-on position that combines precision, teamwork, and purpose. You’ll help assemble high-performance water tanks and install innovative stormwater systems across Ireland—playing a key role in building sustainable infrastructure with every project.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Travel around Ireland assembling water tanks for our customers in a timely manner.
- Flexibility to work within different departments to gain a complete understanding of our product
- Lead, manage, and support installation teams, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in all tasks.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to prevent project delays.
- Oversee the installation of stormwater attenuation systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, designs, and safety requirements.
- Meet targets
- Follow instruction from the supervisor
- Follow safety rules, including wearing protective equipment and report any accidents, incidents or near misses that may occur in the workplace
- Adhere to instructions incorporating quality, safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Complete all training as identified by the company
- Complete paperwork as required
- Ad hoc duties that may arise
Skills/ Qualifications
- Full driving license is essential
- Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is a distinct advantage
- Experience in assembling products is advantageous
- Experience working in a physically demanding environment
- Experience in meeting and exceeding targets
- Punctuality and overall good time management is a key requirement
- Effective teamwork and communication skills is essential
- Safe Pass will be required so active Safe Pass an advantage
