Your Role
As our Wedding Coordinator, you will:
Manage wedding enquiries from first contact through to the big day
Conduct venue show-arounds, inspiring couples with creative ideas and possibilities
Liaise with couples, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution
Use Moposa to streamline timelines, seating plans, and guest lists
Prepare detailed function sheets and communicate plans to all departments
Maintain accurate records, ensuring all documentation is kept up to date
Deliver exceptional customer service that makes each couple feel truly special

Experience in a similar role or event coordination within hospitality
Exceptional organisation, communication, and attention to detail
Positive, friendly attitude with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences
Flexible availability, including weekends
