Course Title -- Event Liaison

The Spencer Hotel, Dublin / Artane Beaumont Family Recreation Centre, Dublin
Candidates must be available on Friday 5th, Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th September for assignment.
Essential Requirements of this role are:
- Ensure optimal comfort and satisfaction of Delegates (Priority)
- General knowledge of IT
- Sales of books / magazines at books stand during launches and other times
- Excellent communication & presentation
- Attend to all general requirements of delegates
- Willing to assist Organizers with various tasks
- Willing to Liaise with hotel staff to ensure smooth running of event
- Make phone calls to local suppliers where / if required
- Take regular photographs during event and post online
- Attend series of preparatory meetings online in advance of the event as required
- Additional marketing assignments ot promote event in advance as required (separate payment)
- Publicise and develop awareness of event
- May be required to wear company branding (t-shirt, provided)
- Other general tasks as required

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €14.04 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
